There are many ways to lose
weight.  There are many diets in the
market and there exercise and weight training available.  But which are we to follow?  Can we exercise and eat all we want and lose
weight or don’t eat our regular meals and lose weight? What are the best ways
to lose weight?

You may have read many articles
suggesting the best diets or exercises for you. But nothing happens to you when
you follow those diets or exercises. You thought you have found the best ways
to lose weight but you don’t. So something is wrong somewhere. Is it you or
